Androsace chamaejasme (Sweetflower Rockjasmine)

Sweetflower Rockjasmine is an alpine wildflower with an umbel of white flowers with yellow centers which turn pink as they age. Plants grow to 3-inches tall. Leaves are in a basal rosette with ciliate (hairy) margins. Sweetflower Rockjasmine spreads via stolons (creeping, rooting stems like those on strawberry plants), creating small mats of plants.
