Silverweed Cinquefoil spreads
by stolons, which are usually reddish colored. Plants have basal leaves only.
Leaves are white on the underside and are pinnately compund with 7 to 30 leaflets.
Weber describes this as a montane/subalpine species, but it was recently found
at Soapstone Prairie Natural Area in Larimer County.
