Linaria canadensis is a slender plant growing to two feet tall. Leaves
are opposite and broadly linear. Flowers are pale blue with a curved spur. Blue
Toadflax is uncommon and is found on moist sites. In contrast to the perennial
noxious weeds Dalmatian Toadflax and Yellow
Toadflax, Blue Toadflax is an annual native and should not be disturbed. The
pictured plants were growing at Bobcat Ridge Natural Area near Masonville, CO.
